Look at what they had to tell paypal about taking my money..
They even give the same excuses to paypal, they "intend to provide the service", Yea, maybe in 2015 :) and still refuse to give the refund becouse of there no refund policy. I will open my own business soon, I will offer NYC , the whole city for $25 but no refunds. :)

The client paid for advertisement on craigslist. The website has been implementing a lot of changes this month which has stopped all advertisers at this time. The client has been made aware of this issue. We have a no fund policy. The client's campaign is set to begin tomorrow. We have found a way to get his campaign going. We do not take peoples money and run. We fully intend to provide the services paid for and some.
