AutoCLPosters is using PayPal to avoid chargebacks
Think you are safe if you send AutoCLPosters a payment via PayPal, he uses the account (James Thomas) you are wrong. PayPal allows them to continue to rip people off it seems because PayPal will not refund you money.
This allows them to continue to take people’s money and if you did not get anything in return as me and seems others, there is nothing you can do via PayPal to get your refund.
There are other methods and legal avenues that can be used to get your money back but you should also let everyone know about this firm. The domain AutoCLPosters is registered by:

Still no refund, contact, or anything from AutoCLPosters
At this point they are trying to fight the fact with paypal, I find it kind of silly and of quisinable efhics, I paid for somthing and got nothing in return. This to me is a losing battle and I think paypal will see it the same way, well I hope.
This had made me think a bunch since my issue with AutoCLPosters.
To get into business to make a quick buck or to peddle trinkets on TV for $9.95 knowing they don’t work is the type of person I don’t truly understand.
These Questionable ethics, we see all the time in today’s world of Bernie Madoffs and MCI WorldCom meltdowns. No matter what business you are running, you should run it by the idea that you yourself would buy the product and that you are providing a truly valuable service.

Still Nothing
Captions log, star date over a month since i sent them my money.
They have made it clear to paypal and myself they have no plans on returning my money or giving any service in return, well as they put it, anytime soon. :)
The funny thing is they tell me and paypal that they have no way to provide the service at this time but plan to offer it some time in the future when they fix there services. BUT they still take new orders and peoples money.. Buyer beware of AutoCLPosters

Response from paypal
Look at what they had to tell paypal about taking my money..
They even give the same excuses to paypal, they "intend to provide the service", Yea, maybe in 2015 :) and still refuse to give the refund becouse of there no refund policy. I will open my own business soon, I will offer NYC , the whole city for $25 but no refunds. :)

The client has been made aware of this issue. We have a no fund policy. The client's campaign is set to begin tomorrow. We have found a way to get his campaign going. About a month after my order, Still nothing..

I have a solution that will have your campaign up with at least one posting per day tomorrow morning. Please understand we are not trying to take anyone's money and run. We are a legitimate company. We fully intend to provide you the services you paid for and some. We will need to test the campaign so you'll probably see some extra postings on the boards. As an update we will provide you with a daily update to show your daily posting. Please extend our apologizes to your end client. I believe they should be happy with the posting we provide. If there is anything you can think of that you would like adde4d to the campaign that was not mentioned before please let me know asap so we can have everything ready. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience but we should at least get you up this way.

After 10 days of waiting and not response from AutoCLPosters

I emailed AutoCLPosters again asking were is my service? after no reponse from them.
Again I get an email telling me about how they cant provide the services and I need to wait even more.. Boy this is getting old already...

I apologize for the delay. We are currently working on a PVA solution as CL just made some more PVA security changes and knocked everyone down. I think you will find that you will not find anyone with a PVA solution right now. I've been talking with Tommysc who is a highly reputable PVA provider. He is currently working on a fix right now and cannot operate. He stated to me that if he is down so is everyone else. If you would like to read up on the issues and progress of the PVA fix you can visit blackhatworld.com and read Tommysc thread. Unfortunately this is not something that gets fixed over night. We hope to have our own solution in place by the end of this week so all our customers will be up and running. I know this was not the news you were hoping for but we are working diligently to get you up and running along with all our other clients. If you can bare with us I know you will be 100% satisfied with the services we provide. I hope this answers your questions.

A few days later after hearing nothing from AutoCLPosters i sent an email trying to find out what is going on..
I get this back, Now i am worried because they are calling there own AutoCLPosters service a nightmare.. Oh god what did I get myself into.. Oh and another 72hrs to wait.. well lets see..

The next day and the start of my nightmare
The day after they sold me on this great plan and sent my money I get a email from AutoCLPosters. I found it strange that they were telling me this, but they said the campaign would be started in a few days, so it was ok..

We are currently in talks with a few different PVA providers and will have everything worked out by EOB today. We like to keep our clients updated on everything that is going on so you feel you are in the loop. I can assure there is nothing to worry about. We will have the campaign up and running within the next couple of days. We just need to iron out a couple more details with the providers we've been in talks with. In the mean time we are also in the process of finding a solution to make our PVA's in house once again.
